             Afternoons:  1st practice: 4:30 - 6:00 PM

                                 2nd practice: 6:00 - 7:00 PM

Wednesday evening practice will be done a little different.  We will be participating in a Swim-a-Cross.  Swim-A-Cross is a fundraiser for the Red Cross water safety and our swim team.  A swim-a-cross is just like a jump rope-a-thon where their swim laps instead of jumping rope.  Those that participate will be receiving…

If you child will not attend a meet on Saturday or has to leave early please fill out a vacation form in Coach Josh's notebook.  This should be done by every Tuesday before each meet.  This week please let us know this evening so we can plan this Saturday's meet. 

The coaches will be offering semi-private (up to 4 swimmers) lessons for the following: Butterfly, Breast, Free/Back, Starts/Turns. Practices will be offered on Wednesdays from 9 - 11 AM.  If you would like your swimmer to have extra practice in these areas please see Elizabeth to schedule a time.  The cost is $15…

5/12/2011 - Practice has been canceled due to  the weather.

Keep an eye on the weather.  If it is lighting and thundering at the time of practice, then practice is canceled.  I will keep you updated.
