Please help get the word out that there will be practices today.  If it is not raining it will be held in the pool area.  If it is raining with lighting and/or thunder the practices will be held in the Civic Center next to the pool.  Bring swim suits just in case we are able to get in the water.

Regular policy in dealing with practices and rain: It is up to the parents to decide what they are comfortable with on bringing swimmers to practice.  Normall rule is practice will be held even if raining.  Swimmers will not be allowed in the water if there is lighting or thunder present or if it rains so hard the bottom of the pool can not be seen by the coach..  There will be times that dry land can be done while waiting for storm to pass.  If the board feels that it is not safe to even do dry land then we will cancell practice by posting notice on website, e-mailing, and by calling those parents that do not have e-mail accounts.  The safety of the swimmers are always our top priority.
