March 19, 2013 Dear Piranhas, It is that time of year again. I hope everyone has been enjoying 2013 and things are going well for your family. At the NWAL Annual meeting in January the Team Representatives voted for all meet results and swimmer information (name, age, and gender) to be password protected. They have decided to use the swim-team.us site. We use this site for our team website. Because of this we are changing some of our procedures with the website. We are asking all returning swimmers be register on line. Since we now have to make sure that everything is updated weekly this will save time and make sure all information is accurate. Our roster, photos, and meet results that we place on the website has always been password protected with a team log-in. From now on each parent will be creating their own login and password. Each family must go on to www.gcst.swim-team.us and register their swimmers separately. At this time we cannot combine families for the volunteer deposit. You will also have the opportunity to sign up for your volunteer hours, and purchase any of the team products we sell. There is a choice to pay on line with a credit card for a small fee or pay later. If you choose to pay later we will be excepting the payments at the registration dates, March 23rd, April 6th, April 13th and the first week of practice. We will also have a computer at registration if you need help with the registration process. If you need to make payments please make arrangement with Marti Vasquez or Elizabeth Haag. Any swimmer that just participated in Swim Clinic or are new to the team must still register for Swim Clinic in person. Online registration opens March 22nd through April 30th. Swim Practices starts April 15, 2013. Watch your e-mail for your swimmers specific practice time. Enclosed you will find a copy of the seasons schedule.
