Dear Piranhas,

There is a lot of information to give out this week so PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE E-MAIL:

1.  SATURDAY'S AWAY MEET:  We will be facing Stone Creek for our last dual meet.  Their subdivision is off FM 529 and Queenston Blvd.  The pool address can be found either on our website under the meets tab, or in the parent handbook.  Check in time is 7 AM at Stone Creek.  Remember we will be sitting together in the area provided by Stone Creek.

2.  Divisionals:

     A.  Swimmers must have swam in 2 NWAL meets to be able to participate in Divisionals.  A sheet will be posted on the chalkboard at the Cairnway pool that shows how many meets the swimmers have swam in so far.

     B.  Divisional T-Shirts - The pre-order for Divisional shirts is now going on and ends on Thursday, June 13, 2013.  Please see Ms. Marti or myself to order your shirt.  Payment is due at the time of the order.  There may be some shirts available for sale at the meet.  The cost is $15 for the first shirt and $10 for the others shirts bought by the family.  Prices may go up at the meet.

     C.  Heat Sheet Ads - Information was place in each swimmers folder about placing an ad in the heat sheet.  I will need the ad and money turned in by Thursday, June 13th's afternoon practice.

 3.  Second order of T-Shirts:  Shirts are in please see Ms. Marti or myself to pay and picking up your order.  They will be available at the afternoon practices.  Regular shirts are $10 and the Dry-fit are $15.

4.  Ribbon Books:  If you ordered them they will be available to pick up at the afternoon practices.  There are some for sale if you still want one.  Cost is $10

5.  Window Decals:  I am checking to see if they are ready.  I will let you know when you can pick up as soon as I hear anything.  Sorry it is taking so long.  We went with a new company.
