    Breaststroke Kick on stomach on edge of bed 3-5 mins a night

    Squats 40-60 Times

    Sit-ups/Crunches 30-50 Times

    Push-ups 20-40 Times

    Lunges 20-40 Times

    Jumping Jacks 50-100 Times
