Dear Piranhas,

We will be having our first parent meeting on May 6th starting at 6 PM in the Civic Center.  This will mainly be for returning families.  We will be handing out the Parent Handbooks and answering any questions that you may have.  You will also be able to sign up to volunteer for at least Time Trials on May 10th. 

We will have a second meeting on May 13th starting at 6:45 PM for all New families and any retruning family that did not attend the first meeting.  We will be handing out Parent Handbooks and giving out a lot of information about the swim team, meets, and the website.  You will be able to sign up for your Volunteer Hours also at the meeting.

Mark your calendars - The 2nd Wednesday of each month is the HOA meetings.  We really need to show our support to them since they give our team so much support.  Please wear your  Glencairn shirts if you have one.  We will be giving each family 1 hour per meeting of Volunteer hours for attending the meetings.

Estimados padres de familia el martes 6 de MAYO  tendremos nuestra primera reunion de padres a las 6 pm en el Centro Civico. Es solo para las familias de nadadores que estan de regreso en esta temporada. Estaremos dando los libros de reglas y conrestando preguntas.Tendra la oportunidad de anotarse para ser voluntarios el 10 de Mayo para los Time Trials.

Nuestra siguiente reunion sera el 13 de Mayo a las 6:45 pm para todas las nuevas familias y familias que retornan que no pudieron venir a la primera reunion. Estaremos entregando el libro de reglas y dando informacion sobre el equipo, las competencias y la pagina web.  Tambien podran anotarse para ser voluntarios en esta reunion.

 Marquen en su calendario- Cada segundo miercoles del mes es la reunion de HOA ( la asociacion de la comunidad ). Necesitamos apoyar en estas reuniones ya que ellos son un gran apoyo para el equipo. Por favor usar sus playeras de Glencairn si tienen. Daremos 1 hora de voluntariado por familia por atender a las reuniones.
