Dear Piranhas,

Tomorrow is our first meet.  We are facing Enchanted Valley at their pool.  Directions are in the parent handbook as well as on the website.  To get directions off the site follow these steps:

THINGS TO REMEMBER FOR SATURDAY:

1.  Check-In Time : 7:00 AM PLEASE CALL IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR CAN NOT COME.

2.  Warm-ups at 7:30 AM

3.  Bring your own chairs, blankets, and sun screen

4.  They will have concessions, but you can bring your own food.  Please no glass containers. 

5. We have pop-up canopies, but if you have your own you can bring it. PLEASE SIT WITH THE TEAM.

 

6. Events will be marked on swimmers arms with Sharpies.  So not put sunscreen on until it dries.  They will come off easily at the end of the day with rubbing alcohol wipes. Usually Meet Programs (Heat Sheets) will be sold at concessions. 

7.  Cesar will have the volunteer book.  Most volunteer times start at 8:30.  Even if you are in the afternoon shift for Timers and Scribes we wold like for you to attend the meeting at 8:15.  Canopies will need to be set up and you will receive volunteer hours for helping.

8.  Please help make sure the swimmers go to the ready bench when their events are called.  If they are late they could be scratched from the event.  Lets keep all swimmers off any playground equipment during the meet.  We do not want anyone getting hurt.
