Dear Piranhas,

The gate to the pool is to always be closed.  Since the gate has been moved the springs are not working properly.  They are supposed to be fixing the problem, but until the gate is fixed so that it closes on its own, please help up make sure that the gate stays closed as you enter or exit. 

We have our first home meet this Saturday.  Please remember that you need to let the coaches know tonight if you swimmer(s) will not be swimming at the meet.  Since it is a home meet we will setting up the pool area on Friday.  This means we will be having our pot luck dinner starting at 6:30 PM.  Volunteer hours will for set up will start after we enjoy dinner.  Each group is asked to bring an item for your food category. 

Please bring your own drinks and possible chairs to sit.

11 - 12 year olds        Pasta

13 - 18 year olds        Bread (Garlic, cheese, or dinner rolls.  No loaves of lunch bread)

Since the pool will be opening up for the Memorial Day weekend we will need to put away all of the pool equipment.  I am attaching the clean up procedures that need to be done after every home meet.  It is a lot and the more people that stay and help the quicker we get everything done.  The pool will not be able to open till after the area is picked up.  Since the pool will be open any one that lives in the subdivision will be able to stay and enjoy the pool with the community.  Remember that you will need your pool tags if you choose to stay after the meet.
