Attached is a spreadsheet which lists the swim team parents which we agreed to call to request their help with decorating the Glencairn clubhouse for the Christmas holiday season.  The spreadsheet lists each board members name next to the names which you are to make contact with. 

I have taken the liberty to send an mass email (in both English and Spanish) from the Piranhas swim team site this Sunday evening.

If you have any issues with the attachment, please let me know.  Below are the dates and time slots.

November 15th
A) 10:00 am - 11:00 am
B) 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
C) 12:00 pm -  1:00 pm
D)  1:00 pm -  2:00 pm

December 6th
A) 10:00 am - 11:00 am
B) 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
C) 12:00 pm -  1:00 pm
