Hey Piranhas,

Attached are two documents one is a word document that will help guide you on logging into the website and the other is the "2015 Practice Roster" with the practice times and swimmers in each practice. If you have not logged into the website before please use the word document to help you log in, the only way to view the practice roster is to be logged in since it has the names of all the swimmers which has to be password protected by NWAL regulations.

If there are any changes with the practices times please let the coaches know by writing it in the Coach Josh's Binder on Monday. We will try to make a schedule that will be affective for as many as possible. However the coaches feel that the way the practices are set up will most benefit the swimmers.
