If you ordered a shirt in the second order, they will be ready for pick up at practice today. Parents if you have not paid for your parent shirts please bring money to pay for your shirts, if you were one of the swimmers who signed up late then your shirt is paid for through registration.

Also here is a document (power point) that Ivan Avila found on a USA Swimming website about preparation for swim meets. Please take the time to look this over, it has helpful hints and tricks to having a good meet. Preparation and knowing what to do at meets will help each of the swimmers have a better meet and individual swim. If you have any trouble opening the document please let me know and I will transfer it to PDF fromat and re-post it to the website.
