Piranhas,

As of right now we will try to have practice tonight at normal times 10-under from 8 PM-9 PM and 11-up from 9 PM-10 PM. However if your area was hit by a lot of rain and you feel it would be unsafe for you to drive please stay home. If the storm gets worse by tonight we will cancel it. We also need to know who all is going to Divisionals this Saturday. If you know you will not be there please tell Coach Josh either by email or at practice by tonight. Other wise we will assume you will be going to the meet.

We know you have been asking about the updated list for qualifiers for invitationals. Attached are two documents, the first (End of Season Invitational 2015 PDF) is the list of who all is qualified and what their highest qualifier is for each stroke. The second (List of Invitational Swimmers PDF) is the list on each age group for Trinity Invitational; Red, White, and Blue; and Ponderosa. The top part of the list shows how many are in each age group that are qualified for Trinity; Red, White, and Blue; or Ponderosa. The bottom part shows how many events each swimmer has and whether they are qualified for both or only one invitational. Please look over the Second attachment, it will show which age groups can have relays at Trinity or Red, White and Blue.  In which case we will need to know which one everyone is going to attend. For the 10-Under (Saturday the 27th) we will only have one Coach available and where ever the majority of swimmers go that is where the Coach will be. Mrs. Haag will attend the other meet if needed only as a Team Representative to dispute times or DQs.  She will not be able to be on deck as a coach. Please let Coach Josh and Mrs. Haag know which meet you will be attending. For Trinity and Red, White and Blue you can only attend one of them since they are on the same day. For Ponderosa you will need to look at the time line for events for both Ponderosa and Trinity/RWB to figure out which events you will be able to swim if you would like to do both.
