In here are links to the few videos that will explain what we will be working on this year in regards to flip turns for freestyle and backstroke. Please have your swimmers watch the videos by the end of the week, they are not long at all. These turns will be taught to everyone this year. There is a new event for 10-Unders which is the 50 Free. Not everyone will be able to pick up on how to do flip turns but we would like at least those that are 7-18 to learn and try to do flip turns this season.
