How to Prepare for a Swim Meet

Hey Piranhas,
We want to remind everyone that staying hydrated is very important because it will get very hot as the season progresses. Healthy foods will help to maintain energy and keep swimmers from feeling sluggish in the water. There are two attached documents: Power Point explaining preparation for the day before a meet, the day of a meet, and the day after. The Word document is a nutritional guideline for swimmers.
Once again, hydration is really important. Please remember to stay hydrated throughout the season.
