Dear Piranhas,

I am attaching the updated Eligiblity Reports for the End of Season Invitationals.  Even if your swimmer(s) have not qualified yet you can still RSVP since they have a chance on Saturday at Divisionals. I need to know by June 18th if your swimmer(s) will be attending End of Season Invitationals.  You will need to choose one either Red, White, and Blue or Trinity.  If your swimmer has also qualified for Ponderosa they will need to let me know if they will attend that one as well.

 At this time I will only need to know that they are attending.  I will accept payment Monday - Wednesday, June 19th -21st.  There are three ways you can let me know.  I will need to know swimmers name, which meet they will attend, and if they will attend morning or afternoon practice.

     1.  In person - I will be at the board table at all practices.  Tonight I will be there more around 8:30ish PM after my NWAL Divisional Meeting.

     2.  by e-mail: either respond to this e-mail or send an e-mail to [email protected]

     3.  NEW way (trying this out for next year)- RSVP on the website(gcst.swim-team.us)  You must be logged in. If you have never loggedin the first time password is piranhas84. There are several ways to do this once you are on the site.

                 A. From the Calendar link, then click RSVP button for the meet you want to attend. Once on the RSVP page click yes.  In comments write morning or afternoon practice. Make sure you check each swimmer attending.

               B.  From the Swim Meet Link, find the RSVP button and follow the same steps above.

               C.  From the Parent Page - After logging in under your name in the upper right corner is the Action link, click on that to find the Parent page.  After clicking on the Parent Page there will be Action Required. click on that, then find the meet that your swimmer(s) will be attending. It will give you the Swim Meet information and an area that says CLICK HERE TO RSVP.  Follow the same steps above once on the RSVP page.
