Dear Piranhas,

Our season is coming to a close.  It has been a great season.  I want to thank all the parents for volunteering.  

Thursday night:

Pick up your pre-order T-Shirt order from Rosey Montes.  We will have extra shirts for sale at the Divisional Meet.

Friday night:

We have some more volunteer opportunities for you.  We will taking all of the canopies as well as all of the large canopies.  We will need help on Friday loading this into the car as well as setting up the canopies at Stone Creek's pool.  We will be meeting at the Kieth Harrow Pool at 7 PM to load the trucks.  Once they are loaded we will drive to Stone Creek to unload and set up.  We will need a lot of people to help.

Saturday:

Arrival time is 6:30 AM.  Warm-up is at 7:00 AM.  There will be parking at the front of the subdivision.  You will be allowed to drop of your swimmers and items.  You will then be directed by officers through the subdivision to park on the grass field.  There will be a shuttle taking everyone to the pool.  The shuttle will be available through 4 PM. I am attaching a map of the flow of traffic for the meet.  Please follow.

Remember it will be a long hot day.  Please make sure everyone stays hydrated.    

We will need volunteers to help load the pop-up and large canopies into trucks and unload in at the Kieth Harrow pool.
