Dear Parents,

Hope everyone is doing good after last night’s storm, we have two important announcements,

• Tomorrow’s meet is still happening, we should be at their pool at the latest 7:15 AM, our worm-up starts at 7:30 AM. Their pool is in good condition for tomorrow’s meet. It is a long drive, but we have gone that far for meets before. Their team has the same number of swimmers as we do, we need every swimmer to attend to have a chance to beat them.
• We understand we are currently going through difficult times, if you cannot make to the meet, please contact another parent from the team and ask if they can bring your swimmers to meet. We help each other and show our team spirit.
• If you are attending tomorrow’s meets and have not signed up as volunteer, we will have the sign-up sheet available tonight.
• We will not be able to use our pool today, it is dirty from the trash cans that blew last night, also a tree fell. If you can make it to pool today and help with the clean up it will be much appreciated and will help getting the pool ready for Monday’s practice. If you have chainsaws or saws, please bring them tonight to start clearing the pool site. Also, if you have pool cleaning nets bring them also.
• We were looking at the times, and we have better times than they do, just need every swimmer at the meet.

Espero que todos estén bien después de la tormenta de anoche. Tenemos dos anuncios importantes.

• La competencia de mañana se va llevar acabo, debemos estar en su piscina a más tardar a las 7:15 a.m., nuestro calentamiento comienza a las 7:30 a.m. Su piscina está en buenas condiciones para el encuentro de mañana. Es un viaje largo, pero ya hemos llegado tan lejos en competiciones. Su equipo tiene la misma cantidad de nadadores que nosotros, necesitamos que todos los nadadores asistan para tener la oportunidad de vencerlos.
• Entendemos que estamos pasando por momentos difíciles, si no puede asistir a la reunión, comuníquese con otro padre del equipo y pregúntele si puede traer a sus nadadores a la competencia. Ayudémonos unos a otros y asi mostramos nuestro espíritu de equipo.
• Si va a asistes a la competencia de mañana y no te has apuntado como voluntario, esta noche tendremos disponible la hoja de inscripción.
• Hoy no podremos usar nuestra piscina, está sucia por los botes de basura que volaron anoche, además se cayó un árbol. Si puedes venir a la piscina hoy y ayudar con la limpieza, te lo agradeceremos mucho y ayudará a preparar la piscina para la práctica del lunes. Si tiene motosierras o sierras, tráigalas esta noche para comenzar a limpiar el sitio de la piscina. Además, si tienes redes para limpieza de piscinas tráelas también.
• Estábamos mirando los tiempos, y tenemos mejores tiempos que ellos, solo necesitamos a todos los nadadores en la competencia.
