    Parent Meeting - Picture Day - Time Trails

    May 2nd

    Dear Parents,

    Today Thursday, May 2nd, we will have our parent meeting at 6:00PM inside the Civic Center, we will be going through the Parent’s Handbook, and other Team and league business, and coaches will also be in the meeting to address the parents and for any questions you might have. Find attached parents handbook in PDF format.

    Tomorrow Friday, May 3rd, we will have the handout of team’s T-Shirts and caps at 5:00 PM and starting at 5:30 PM the individual pictures and team picture around 6:00 PM. Team Party from 6:30 to 7:30 PM, team will provide pizza, families are asked to bring their own drinks and a desert or salad as follow,

    Boys to bring desert.

    Girls to bring salad.

    If you have a boy and girl in the team, please only bring one dish as you please.

    After the party we will also have our first meet set-up, your volunteer hours will start counting at this meet set-up.

    Saturday, May 4th, will be our Time Trails meet, please arrive at pool before 7:00 AM. Meet should be done by midday.

    Estimados Padres,

    Hoy jueves, 2 de mayo, tendremos nuestra junta de padres a las 6:00 PM dentro del Centro Cívico, revisaremos el Manual de Padres y otros asuntos del equipo y de la liga, y los entrenadores también estarán en la reunión para dirigirse a los padres y para cualquier pregunta que puedan tener. Encuentre adjunto el Manual de Padres in formato PDF.

    Mañana viernes, 3 de mayo, tendremos la entrega de camisetas y gorras del equipo a las 5:00 PM, y a partir de las 5:30 PM empiezan las fotos individuales y la foto del equipo alrededor de las 6:00 PM. La Fiesta del equipo empieza de 6:30 a 7:30 PM, el equipo proporcionará pizza, se les pide a las familias que traigan sus propias bebidas y un postre o ensalada de la siguiente manera,

    Niños traigan un postre.

    Niñas traigan una ensalada.

    Si tienes un niño y una niña en el equipo, por favor trae solo un platillo a su gusto.

    Después de la fiesta, también tendremos nuestra primera meet, sus horas de voluntariado comenzarán a contar a partir de esta meet.

    El sabado 4 de mayo, sera nuestra Time Trails Meet, por favor estar en la alberca antes de las 7:00 AM, la meet debera terminar antes de medio dia.
