Parents,

It is coming to the end of summer swim season, next Saturday
May 17^th we will host the Divisional, we will have the other four
teams in our pool for a final meet. All swimmers will be allowed to swim 3
individual events and 3 relays, there is a change in Divisional for the relays,
each team will only be allowed to send 1 relay (1 team) for all relays, in dual
meets we were allowed to send up to 3 relays. We will be sending our fastest
swimmers to the relays; all other swimmers will be screaming their longs out in
support of our team. If your swimmer is not selected for the relays please don’t
them be disappointed, we should always be supporting our team and swimmers. You
should expect your swimmer to at least swim 3 events if they know styles.

At mid meet we will have a mixed relay, this will be for all
age groups (6 events), and must be comprised of 2 girls and 2 boys, they can
swim in any order, this will be a very nice events to observer, again we will
be sending our fastest swimmers, all other swimmers will be cheering loud.

Divisional will be a long meet, we encourage all families to
stay the entire meet that should end at 3:00 PM at the latest, it will be a
very nice event for your swimmers to participate. Please bring plenty of ice
and water in your coolers as it will be a very hot day.

ARRIVAL TIME, swimmers need to be at the pool by 6:15 AM, our
warm up starts at 6:30 AM, meet starts at 8:30 AM.

PARKING, we will need to park in the adjacent schools
parking lots, Lieder Elem. School and Watkins Middles School. Pool’s parking
lot is reserved for officials and coaches only, please avoid getting your car
towed away.

CONCESSIONS, there will be coffee, donuts and breakfast
tacos available in the morning and tacos starting at 11:00 AM. Also the usual drinks,
nachos, chips and candy.

CLEAN-UP, please stay until the end of the meet, and allow
other teams to exit the pool first, and help with the pool, pool deck, green
areas, restrooms and building clean-up. The HOA allows us to use the facilities
with the condition to leave them clean after we used them, the more help he get
cleaning, the fastest we can finish and leave.

Swim Practice for week June 19 to June 23 will only be for
swimmers that qualify for invitationals and will be participating, we will be
going to Reb, White and Blue. A board member will be calling if your swimmer qualified
to let us know if your swimmer will be participating in the event, as we need
to fill out paper work and send payment for our swimmers.

END SEASON PARTY, our party will be on June 30^th
at the Cairnway Pool from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM, swimmers will be receiving their team’s
awards and Divisional awards. Team will provide dinner (from Lasagna House) and
drinks, families will bring salads and desserts. Please join us.

Ha llegando
el final de la temporada de natación de verano, el próximo sábado 17 de mayo seremos
anfitriones de Divisional, tendremos a los otros cuatro equipos en nuestra
piscina para un encuentro final. A todos los nadadores se les permitirá nadar 3
eventos individuales y 3 relevos, el único cambio en Divisional es en los
relevos, cada equipo solo enviará 1 relevo (1 equipo) para todos los relevos,
en encuentros normales contra otro equipo se permiten a los equipos enviar 3
relevos. Enviaremos a nuestros nadadores más rápidos a los relevos; Todos los
demás nadadores estarán gritando en apoyo de nuestro equipo. Si su nadador no fue
seleccionado para los relevos, no deje se decepcione, siempre debemos apoyar a
nuestro equipo y nadadores. Su nadador por lo menos nadara 3 eventos si domina
los estilos.

A mitad de meet
tendremos un relevo mixto, esto será para todos los grupos de edad (6 eventos),
y debe estar compuesto por 2 niñas y 2 niños, pueden nadar en cualquier orden,
este será un evento muy agradable para observar, nuevamente enviaremos a
nuestros nadadores más rápidos, todos los demás nadadores estarán animando
fuerte.

Divisional
será una meet larga, alentamos a todas las familias a quedarse todo el
encuentro que debe terminar a las 3:00 PM a más tardar, será un evento muy
agradable para que sus nadadores participen. Por favor, traiga mucho hielo y
agua en sus hieleras, ya que será un día muy caliente.

HORA DE
LLEGADA, los nadadores deben estar en la piscina a las 6:15 AM, nuestro
calentamiento comienza a las 6:30 AM, la meet comienza a las 8:30 AM.

ESTACIONAMIENTO,
tendremos que estacionar en los estacionamientos de las escuelas, Lieder Elem.
School y Watkins Middles School. El estacionamiento de la piscina está
reservado solo para oficiales y coaches, evite que su automóvil sea remolcado.

CONCESIONES,
habrá café, donas y tacos de desayuno disponibles por la mañana y tacos a
partir de las 11:00 AM. Además habrá bebidas, nachos, chips y dulces.

LIMPIEZA,
por favor quédese hasta el final de la meet, y permita que otros equipos salgan
de la piscina primero, y ayude con la limpieza de la piscina, las áreas verdes,
los baños y la limpieza del edificio. La HOA nos permite utilizar las
instalaciones con la condición de dejarlas limpias después de usarlas, cuanta
más ayuda consigamos para limpiar, más rápido podremos terminar y salir.

La práctica
de natación para la semana de junio 19 a junio 23 será solo para nadadores que
califiquen para invitaciones y que participarán, iremos a Reb, White and Azul.
Un miembro del board le llamará si su nadador califica para informarnos si su
nadador participará en el evento, ya que debemos completar el papeleo y enviar
el pago de nuestros nadadores.

FIESTA DE
FIN DE TEMPORADA, nuestra fiesta será el 30 de junio en la piscina de Cairnway
de 6:00 PM a 9:30 PM, los nadadores recibirán los premios que el equipo otorga
y los premios de divisionales. El equipo proporcionará la cena (de Lasagna
House) y bebidas, las familias traerán ensaladas y postres. Por favor no falte.
