Dear Parents,

Saturday’s meet will be against the Ravensway Racers, address: 12730 Jarvis Rd, Cypress, TX 77429.

We are asked to arrive after 6:30 AM, not earlier, we should arrive at the latest 7:00 AM, our swimmer’s worm-up is at 7:30 AM.

PARKING: We will park alongJarvis Rd. and side streets. Please stay away from stables and do not block driveways. The small street leading to the pool will be blocked off, there is a small parking lot down there where officials and coaches can park; they will just need to show the attendant their badge.

SET-UP: Our team will set-up in the grass area of the horseshoe, see picture.

Swimmers are NOT allowed on the playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, or stables. Please keep your swimmers close when they are not swimming.

El encuentro del sábado será contra los Ravensway Racers, dirección: 12730 Jarvis Rd, Cypress, TX 77429.

Se nos pide que lleguemos después de las 6:30 AM, no antes, debemos llegar a más tardar las 7:00 AM, el calentamiento de nuestros nadadores es a las 7:30 AM.

ESTACIONAMIENTO: EL estacionaremos es a lo largo de Jarvis Rd. y calles laterales. Por favor, manténgase alejado de los establos y no bloquee los caminos de entrada (driveways). La pequeña calle que conduce a la piscina estará bloqueada, hay un pequeño estacionamiento allí abajo donde los oficiales y coaches pueden estacionarse, solo tendrán que mostrarle al asistente su credencial.

SET-UP: Nuestro equipo se instalará en el área verde en forma de herradura, ver imagen.

Los nadadores NO están permitidos en los juegos, canchas de tenis, canchas de baloncesto o establos. Por favor mantenga a sus nadadores cerca de usted cuando no estén nadando.
