Dear Parents,

We have two importnt events this week,

• -Friday – Picture Day, Welcome Party and Parents Meeting.

Everybody need to be at the pool by 5:00 PM, to pick up team’s t-shirts and take individual photos before the team photo scheduled for 6:00 PM. After team photo we will have the Parents Meeting in the Civic Center starting around 6:20 PM. Welcome Party will start at 7:00 PM, team will provide pizza, parents will bring, salads, pasta and deserts per age of your swimmer, if you have several age groups please just bring one dish. Please bring your own drinks.

• Age group 5 to 9 – Salad
• Age group 10 to 14 – Pasta
• Age group 15 to 18 – Desert

After party we will set up for Saturday’s Mock Meet (Time Trials).

• -Saturday – Time Trail Meet

Swimmers need to at the pool by 7:00 AM.

Mock Meet will start at 8:00 AM at the latest, if we don’t have any setbacks, we should finish by 12:00 PM. Please stay and help the cleanup.

We will have concessions with breakfast tacos, donuts, water, sodas, chips and more.

Estimados Padres,

Tenemos dos eventos importantes esta semana.

• -Viernes – Dia de Fotos, Fiesta de Bienvenida y Junta con Padres.

Se requiere que todos estén en la alberca a las 5:00 PM, para recoger las playeras de equipo y después tomarse las fotos individuales, seguidas de la foto del equipo programada para las 6:00 PM. Después de las foto vamos a tener la Junta de Padres en Edificio Comunitario a partir de las 6:20 PM.

La fiesta de bienvenida empieza a las 7:00 PM, el equipo va a proveer de pizzas, y los padres van a traer ensalada, pasta y postre según la edad de sus hijos, si tiene hijos en varios grupos de edad solo traiga un platillo. Por favor también traigan sus propias bebidas.

• Grupo 4 a 9 años – Ensalada
• Grupo 10 a 14 años – Pasta
• Grupo 15 a 18 años – Postre

Después de la fiesta vamos a hacer los preparativos para la Mock Meet del sábado.

• -Sábado – Time Trail Meet

Nadadores necesitan estar en la alberca a las 7:00 PM.

Mock Meet empieza a las 8:00 AM a mas tardar, y si no tenemos contratiempos para las 12:00 PM terminaremos. Por favor quédense a limpiar las alberca.

Tendremos concesiones, tacos, donuts, agua, sodas, chips y mas.
