It was great to have so many of you at the party last night. We always seem to have the election at the busiest time of the night. Last night many of you that voted did not sign the signature page. Will all elections you have to make sure that it is valid. Signing the signature page help make sure each family get one and only one vote. The board has decided that we will redo the election on a Google Form. This will give all families the chance to vote for the people they would like to plan the next season. You will have till Wednesday, July 6th to make your vote. We will be verifying that the email you use is the one that you used at registration.

Queridos padres,

Fue un placer tener a todos ustedes en la fiesta la noche del jueves. Siempre parece que tenemos la elección en el momento más ocupado de la noche. Anoche muchos de los que votaron no firmaron la página de firmas. En todas las elecciones se tienen que asegurarse de que es válida. Firmar la página de firma ayuda a asegurarse de que cada familia obtenga un solo voto. La Junta Directiva (Board) ha decidido que volveremos a hacer la elección en un Formulario de Google. Esto dará a todas las familias la oportunidad de votar por las personas que les gustaría que planifiquen la próxima temporada de natación. Tendrás hasta el miércoles 6 de julio para hacer tu voto. Verificaremos que el correo electrónico que utiliza es el que utilizó en el registro.
