Dear Piranhas,

I am attaching an Excel file that shows who has qualified for the Pentathlon Invitationals.  On the Excel file if your swimmers is highlighted green that means they have for the invitational.  If you would like for them to attend Please go onto the website or mobile app and enter swimmers by Sunday at noon. 

Instructions for Entering swimmer through website:

1. Click on Swim Meet Tab.

2.  Click on Pentathlon Swim Meet. 

3.  Click on Meet Entries

4.  Edit qualifying swimmer - mark as attending and them click on each event : fly, back, breast, free, and IM.  

5.  Click save.

If your swimmer is not going and did qualify please mark not attending.

The cost per swimmers is $40 and can be paid by Thursday evening.  We have to have all entries turned into Meet officials by Tuesday.  Coaches will be calling you Sunday afternoon if you have not marked the swimmers as attending or not attending and they qualified.
