Dear Piranhas,

I have been in constant communications with the other team.  We have looked at all the options.  The best option is Sunday afternoon.  I know it is Mother's Day, but with more rain chances next week plus the STAAR Testing we feel that doing the meet during the week will be impossible.  Saturday with more rain in the forcast for the morning and already flooding is occurring, we feel for everyone's safety to wait.  We want to be able to give everyone the opportunity to participate. 

We are looking at starting the meet at 2 PM.  That would make our warm up at 12:30.  We would need parents to arrive by 12 PM.  We would do set up starting at 12 PM.

That being said the meet has been merged and we are not allowed to add swimmers.  I am attaching the swimmers who are signed up and what they are swimming.  If your swimmer(s) are not listed it is for 2 reasons;1. you let us know that they will not be there. and 2. they do not have times for the events.  

PLEASE CHECK THE ATTACHMENT. IF YOUR SWIMMER(S) ARE LISTED I NEED TO KNOW IF THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE MEET ON SUNDAY BY 10 AM TODAY.
