Dear Parents,

As we have grown as a team, we are having more and more swimmers qualify for the End of Season Invitationals. There are too many to be able to call in a timely manner before entries are due on Sunday afternoon, June, 17, 2018. I need your help. Please go online to our website and follow these instructions. Board Members can help at practice if you need it. The coaches and I will look over the entries and make sure the swimmers are swimming every event they can swim. If there is enough swimmers to create relays than the coaches will be making those. You will have till noon on Sunday June 17^th to let me know if your swimmers will be attending. If you have trouble you can call, e-mail, or text me on Sunday by noon.

Please follow these steps:

• 1.Go to gcst.swimtopia.com
• 2.Top right corner click on Already a Member? Login
• 3.Login with your e-mail address and password
• 4.Click on Swim Meets scroll all the way down and click next
• 5.Find the Invitationals – You must choose either Read, White and Blue, Trinity, or Ponderosa
• a.Most swimmers will be attending Red, White, and Blue due to it is an indoor setup for teams.
• b.If they only qualify for Trinity then we will send a coach – set up is outside under the football bleachers with the events being swam inside.
• c.Both Red, White, and Blue; and Trinity have the same time line:
• i.10 & Unders swim on Satruday
• ii.11 & older will swim on Sunday
• iii.Red, White, and Blue does have 14 & Older 100 Free and 100 IMs on Friday night since it is a larger attended meet.
• d.If swimmers have also qualified for Ponderosa they may be able to swim in Red, White and Blue and Ponderosa meets I would not try Trinity and Ponderosa they are too far apart if events land on the same day.
• i.Satuday events are Freestyle (100 Free, 50 Free, and 25 Free) and Backstroke
• ii.Sunday events are Butterfly, Breaststroke, and IM
• 6.Click on the GREEN Entry button on the right side of the Swim meet.
• 7.You will see all of your swimmers click on the Edit Button
• 8.By the swimmers name it says (undeclared) choose Attending the Meet or Not Attending (only if they are not going)
• 9.Once you declare that they are attending the meet the events that they have qualified for will show up. They are allowed to swim every event that they have qualified for. Check the boxes on the left of each event and click the Save button.
• 10.If you have already entered your swimmer into an Invitational go back and check to make sure they have been entered in all events they have qualified for.
