Dear Parents,

I thought this e-mail went out on Monday.  I am sorry it did not, I do not know what happened.  I have attached the Pentathlon qualifying as of 5-26-18.  The swimmers in Green have qualified.  The ones in yellow are 5 seconds away from qualifying. If they have any red times that means that they do not have a qualifying time.  They will be working on that this Saturday.  If your swimmers name is not on the list they may not have enough times to meet the criteria for the meet.  I need to know by June 4th at 10 PM if the ones who have qualified will be able to swim the meet on June 10th.  The cost is $25 per swimmers I will need that payment by June 7th.  We are going to try a new way of letting me know that your swimmer will be swimming on June 10th at the Pentathlon Meet.  Please follow these steps:

1. Go to gcst.swimtopia.com and login

2. Click on the swim meet link.  

3.  Find the Pentathlon Meet and click on Enter Meet.

4.  A new page will pop up with your swimmers names. Click the Edit button

5.  Scroll till you see will attend or attending and click save.  

I will send an updated list on Sunday June 3rd.
